Bishop Field

Bishop Field, the MARCS flying field, is located in North Little Rock. The official address is:

3211 Central Airport Rd.
North Little Rock, AR  72117

Click here for a map to the field.

Driving directions from Little Rock:
  • Take I-40 east towards Memphis.
  • Go two exits past the 67/167 split to the Prothro Junction exit (Exit 157).
  • Take the Prothro Junction exit and turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Hwy 161.
  • Go 0.8 miles until that dead ends into Highway 70, there will be an Exxon gas station on your left.
  • Turn left onto Hwy 70 and go 1.3 miles and turn left onto Central Airport Road.
  • There will be a blue sign that says Arkansas Terminaling and Trading at the turn on the left side of the road.
  • Follow Central Airport road 0.8 miles until it dead ends (you will go over the freeway), the field is on your left.

Driving directions from anywhere EAST of Little Rock/North Little Rock:
  • If you are east of exit 159 on I-40, then head west on I-40.
  • Take the 159 exit. The exit splits and you want the left split as if you were heading to the Little Rock Airport. It will be I-440 West.
  • Go 1.2 miles to the first exit on I-440W, exit 10. Take that exit and it will run to a stop sign at Highway 70.
  • Go left onto Highway 70 and follow it 0.7 miles to Central Airport Road.
  • There is a blue sign that says Arkansas Terminaling and Trading at the turn.
  • Go right onto Central Airport road and follow this road 0.8 miles until it dead ends (you will go over the freeway), the field is on your left.

You can pretty much count on somebody being at the field every weekend morning from around 8 am until noon. During the weekday there are usually people out Monday and Friday mornings as well. We look forward to seeing you!
